Can I Freeze Candy Corn Lush?
Yes – Cover it or place it in an airtight container and you can freeze it for up to a month. When ready to serve, thaw for an hour at room temperature before slicing.
Can I Use Low Fat Cream Cheese or a Different Type of Cheese?
You could use low fat cream cheese, but I prefer the richer taste and creamier texture of the full fat kind. You could also try another soft cheese like ricotta or mascarpone, but keep in mind that this will affect the texture and won’t give you that same cheesecake flavor.
