Line a 9 x 13 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside. This will make removing the cake easier. (optional)
Place Oreo cookies in food processor and pulse or place in a zip top bag and crush with rolling pin.

Place the cook crumbs into a large bowl and add melted butter. Stir until combined.

Press the cookie crumbs into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
In large bowl, using an electric mixer,combine the cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth.

Gently fold in 1 container of whipped topping.

Stir in yellow food coloring.

Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cookie mixture.
In medium bowl, whisk together the dry pudding mixes and milk until combined.
6.8 ounces vanilla instant pudding mix, 2 ½ cups cold milk
Add in orange food coloring until you get your desired shade and spread over the cream cheese layer.
Top with the remaining container of whipped topping.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Decorate with candy corn. Slice and serve.
