For sure. They’re high in protein and fiber which make them a great addition to a daily diet. They do have carbs which tends to throw off low carb dieters but I like to look at these as good carbs that burn more quickly in my body than sugar or fat carbs from breads and foods such as that.

Beans are totally a super food! They’re loaded with great nutrients that your body needs. Beans also help with weight loss as they make you feel fuller quickly and keep you fuller longer.
Tips For Making Black Bean Dip
This bean dip is really, really simple and is made with easy to find ingredients. But it’s important to keep in mind that if you’re not a fan of spicy foods, you don’t have to make it spicy.
You can easily omit the spicy ingredients in this recipe like the salsa and the jalapeños as well. Just by taking out those two ingredients, you’ll have a totally different taste and flavor!
This dip is also meant to be eaten warm BUT that doesn’t mean that you can’t eat it cold if you want to. It does need to be kept in the fridge because of the sour cream and cheese but if you want to sneak a dip after you’ve stored it, go for it! You just might find that you like it better cold than hot!
Have fun making this simple dip recipe. It’s loaded with so many great flavors that you’re really going to love taking and dipping with every single bite. Load up on some chips, whip up this dip, and make it a movie night full of snacks.
