Whipped Strawberry Milk

Where did the idea come from for this fun whipped cream strawberry drink? It’s derived from the whipped coffee trend that started online and people started getting creative! This kid-friendly drink is so easy to make and it’s a pretty treat too!

It’s so easy to learn how to make whipped strawberry milk.

Ingredients

whipped strawberry milk ingredients: heavy whipping cream, milk, strawberry drink mix

Three ingredients is all it takes to make this strawberry milk. You can find the strawberry drink mix at most grocery stores or get it online.

  • strawberry powder (we used Nesquick)
  • heavy whipping cream
  • milk

How to Make Whipped Strawberry Milk

Using an electric mixer with a whisk attachment, add the strawberry powder and whipping cream in the bowl. Whisk on high until the ingredients thicken.

Once they are thick like whipped cream, scrape the mixture and place into a pastry bag with tip. Set aside for a moment while you get a glass with milk 3/4 of the way up the glass.

Using the pastry bag, pipe out the whipped strawberry cream onto the top of the milk. It will sink into the milk for a minute, so keep piping more until you get it higher than the top of the glass.

Top with sprinkles, mini marshmallows, or just drink it plain!

Tips

  • Use an electric mixer. While you can use a whisk, you have to whisk it very fast for a long time to get it to whip to enough consistency.
  • Use heavy whipping cream. If you skimp on this ingredient, for example, try to use a lighter milk-based cream, it won’t thicken enough.
  • Pipe in a circle. Pipe the whipped strawberry mixture in circles like you’re frosting a cupcake. If you don’t have a piping bag, you can just scoop dollops of strawberry cream onto your milk.
