Ingredients For Pumpkin Juice

A glass measuring cup with oil, a bowl of pumpkin puree, a small bowl of vanilla extract, a small bowl of spices, and a small bowl of sugar are arranged on a white surface.
  • Pumpkin puree – Adds rich pumpkin flavor and creaminess. Do not use pumpkin pie filling. It will throw off the flavors and sweetness.
  • Water – Dilutes the pumpkin puree for a smoother texture.
  • Apple juice – Provides natural sweetness and a fruity flavor.
  • Vanilla extract – Enhances the overall flavor with a hint of sweetness. You can use vanilla bean paste for more flavor.
