Place the coconut oil in microwave until melted.
1/2 cup ½ C. Coconut Oil
In a large bowl, add white sugar and coconut oil.
1/2 cup sugar
Mix together until a thick paste is formed.
One at a time, add the lemon extract, lemon essential oil, food coloring and lemon zest.
1 tsp Lemon Extract, 5-10 drops Lemon Essential Oil , 2-4 drops yellow food coloring , Zest of 1 Lemon
Stir until mixture is well blended and fluffy.
Store in an air-tight glass jar in the refrigerator until ready to use.
