Sugar Scrub Recipe
Learn to make DIY sugar scrub with this easy recipe. This version makes a great smelling lemon sugar scrub.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ½ C. Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon Extract
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- 5-10 drops Lemon Essential Oil
- 2-4 drops yellow food coloring
Instructions
- Place the coconut oil in microwave until melted.1/2 cup ½ C. Coconut Oil
- In a large bowl, add white sugar and coconut oil.1/2 cup sugar
- Mix together until a thick paste is formed.
- One at a time, add the lemon extract, lemon essential oil, food coloring and lemon zest.1 tsp Lemon Extract, 5-10 drops Lemon Essential Oil , 2-4 drops yellow food coloring , Zest of 1 Lemon
- Stir until mixture is well blended and fluffy.
- Store in an air-tight glass jar in the refrigerator until ready to use.
