Bundt cakes are simple and easy which is why I love them so much. Christmas time is such a busy time that I wanted to create a Christmas dessert recipe that didn’t require a ton of work, but still has that “wow” factor. This Christmas bundt cake does the trick!
Because it’s a bundt cake, there’s not preparing layers, no spreading frosting. And, there’s a surprise inside that makes it really fun! It makes the perfect holiday cake!
Just look at this beauty. It’s so colorful. And you can really make it your own by choosing different color combinations. (See how I made this cake for Halloween!)
Perfectly festive with read and green frosting. I added the white frosting to break it up and keep it light and fresh.
Guests will love this cake, and then they’ll see inside …
Love this Christmas bundt cake! Look at the color! I recommend using a gel food coloring instead of the regular liquid food coloring that you might be more familiar with. The gel food colors hold up when baked and keep their true colors. (affiliate link) I use these.
It really is simple to make this Christmas bundt cake and makes an impact at your party or holiday gathering.

It says bake 20 mins?? For a bundt cake it should be much longer, shouldn’t it?
Bake it until a toothpick comes out clean.
