Air Fryer Steak Bites Recipe

Steak bites are a weeknight favorite in my house, and the air fryer makes them faster and easier than any other method I’ve tried. You get that steakhouse sear without the cast iron, the splatter, or the guesswork, and dinner is on the table in about 20 minutes.

The difference with my recipe comes down to timing and temperature. A lot of versions out there end up steaming the meat instead of searing it, which kills the texture and the flavor. I tested and tweaked until I got the cook time and seasonings exactly right, so every batch turns out tender, juicy and packed with flavor every single time.

Why My Steak Bite Recipe is the Best

  • Better cut of beef – Most recipes just say “steak” without any guidance. I use top sirloin because it has enough marbling to stay juicy without the ribeye price tag.
  • Perfected seasonings – I used a blend that adds a subtle, grilled flavor that makes these taste like they came off an open flame.
  • Precise timing and temperature – I give you exact internal temperatures for medium rare and medium so you’re never cutting into pieces and guessing.
  • The garlic butter finish – This is a step I add to make these steak bites genuinely taste like a restaurant cooked them.
