Valentine's Hot Chocolate Bombs

Candy Melts Hot cocoa mix Mini marshmallows Sprinkles

INGREDIENTS:

MELT CHOCOLATE

Pour small amount into each sphere.

SPREAD CHOCOLATE

Spread chocolate to coat the entire sphere. Fill in gaps with more chocolate.

SCRAPE CHOCOLATE

Use a bench scraper to remove excess chocolate from the rims of the silicone molds.

REMOVE MOLD

Let chocolate set and chill in refrigerator, then carefully remove chocolate shells from mold.

FILL SHELL

Fill shell with hot cocoa, sprinkles, and mini marshmallows.

HEAT SHELL

Place on shell onto a warm plate to melt the rim, then mold it to the filled half.

Melt more chocolate and put in a piping bag. Working quickly, decorate the outside of your hot chocolate bomb. 

Decorate

SPRINKLES!

Add sprinkles to make the finishing touches!
