  • In a large mixing bowl, using a hand mixer or a stand mixer, cream together the block of cream cheese, butter, and vanilla extract until blended. 

Step Two: Add the Sugar and Cool Whip

  • Add the powdered sugar a little at a time.

This Cadbury Egg Dip is perfect for Easter. It is a cool and creamy dip stuffed with those delicious chocolate eggs everyone loves. The dip base is cream cheese and whipped topping sweetened with powdered sugar and all those chocolate eggs. This dip is easy and quick to make and looks so pretty, it is sure to be the hit of the Easter dessert table!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounce whipped topping
  • 18 ounce Cadbury Mini Eggs 2 (9 ounce) bags
  • Vanilla wafers for dipping

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl using an electric mixer cream together the cream cheese, butter and vanilla extract until blended.
    8 ounces cream cheese, ½ cup butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Next beat in the powdered sugar.
    1 cup powdered sugar
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until all combined.
    8 ounce whipped topping
  • Crush up 1 and a half bags of the mini eggs.
    18 ounce Cadbury Mini Eggs
  • Stir in the crushed mini eggs to the cream cheese mixture.
  • You can crush the remaining eggs to top the dip or use them whole to decorate the top of the dip. I did a mixture of both.
  • Serve with vanilla wafers for dipping
