In medium frying pan, add beef and chopped onion and cook until beef is brown. Drain excess grease. Add garlic, salt, pepper, and worcestershire sauce.
Place beef mixture in the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish.
In small mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup and milk and whisk together until combined and smooth.
Top beef with soup mixture, green beans, corn, and 1/2 of the cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Top with an even layer of tater tots. Bake at 350 for 35 - 40. minutes.
