How to Make White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge
This recipe couldn’t be easier to make! It’s one of the reasons we love it so much.
Melt the white chocolate chips along with the sweetened condensed milk over a double boiler.
What if I don’t have a double boiler?
There are a few things you can do if you don’t have a double boiler to make this fudge recipe:
One option is to use a regular sauce pan and put a glass bowl on top. Put water in the sauce pan and the steam will melt the chocolate and heat the condensed milk.
Another option is to slowly heat the sweetened condensed milk in a sauce pan. Wait until it comes to a boil, then pour it over the white chocolate chips in a separate bowl.
Stir the chocolate chips and condensed milk in a bowl, until smooth.
Add the dried cranberries and stir until combined. Save a few cranberries to put on the top of the fudge.
Pour the mixture into a sheet pan that has sides, or a jelly roll pan. I line ours with parchment paper with the paper hanging over the sides so I can gently lift the fudge out of the pan after it’s cooled.
We like to put a few dried cranberries on the top of the fudge and push them in with your fingers. This will make sure the red from the cranberries can be seen from the top of every piece of white chocolate fudge!
Let cool and solidify overnight or several hours, then cut into cubes. These can be stored in an air tight container.
If you chose to give as gifts, put in small bags or jars and place a gift tag or bow!
