Crush the oreo cookies either by hand, by adding to a gallon ziploc bag and crushing with a rolling pin or something similar, or by adding them to your food processor, and pulsing to crumbs.
36 Mint Oreo Cookies
Either in the food processor, or in a large mixing bowl, mix together Oreo crumbs and cream cheese, until well combined.
8 ounces cream cheese
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and roll the oreo mixture into 1 inch balls. Place the balls onto your parchment paper.
Once all of the mixture is rolled, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to set.
Meanwhile, melt the candy melts in separate bowls, according to package directions.
12 ounces green candy melts, 12 ounces white candy melts
Once the oreo balls have chilled, dip them one by one into the melted candy melts and sprinkle with sprinkles, drizzle with the opposite color, or decorate however you like. You’ll want to work quickly, the candy sets fast.
St. Patrick’s Day Sprinkles
For dipping, I like to use a plastic fork, drop the balls into the candy and fish them out, letting the excess candy fall off. You can also try using mess free toothpicks!
Allow the candy coating to fully set.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator
