Ingredients

  • 60 ounces whole corn, drained 4-15 ounce cans, drained
  • 8 ounce block cream cheese
  • ½ cup half and half
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter 1/2 stick
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the bottom of a 5 or 7 quart slow cooker.
    60 ounces whole corn, drained, 8 ounce block cream cheese, ½ cup half and half, 1 tablespoon sugar, ¼ cup unsalted butter, ½ cup parmesan cheese, Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cook on low heat for 3.5-4 hours, stirring periodically to mix the ingredients together.
  • When done, add cream corn to a large serving bowl and serve as a side dish to your favorite savory meal.
