Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cookie

Ingredients
- 1 peanut butter cookie mix
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 egg
- 24 Reese's peanut butter cups mini
Instructions
- Unwrap 24 mini-Reese's peanut butter cups. Set aside.24 Reese's peanut butter cups
- In medium-sized mixing bowl, combine peanut butter mix, vegetable oil, water, and egg. Stir to combine. Will be thick.1 peanut butter cookie mix, 3 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tbsp water, 1 egg
- Chill dough for 5-10 minutes.
- Spray a mini-muffin pan. Form 1-inch balls of the peanut butter dough and place one ball in each muffin slot.
- Bake 375 for 10 minutes.
- Immediately upon removing cookies from the oven, push one Reese's cup into the top of the cookie. Let cool.
