Ingredients

  • 3.4 ounces vanilla instant pudding 1 box
  • 1 ½ cups cold full-fat eggnog
  • 1 cup frozen whipped topping thawed
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • piped whipped cream for garnish
  • ground nutmeg for garnish

Instructions

  • In a bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the pudding and eggnog for 2 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
    3.4 ounces vanilla instant pudding, 1 ½ cups cold full-fat eggnog
  • Use a spatula to fold in whipped topping until just combined. Spoon the mixture into the pie crust.

  • Refrigerate the pie for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
  • To serve, pipe whipped cream on top of the pie and sprinkle with nutmeg. Slice and enjoy!
