Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rotisserie chicken chopped
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese blended smooth if desired
  • 1/3 cup greek yogurt
  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Frank's hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 3 scallions chopped

Instructions

  • Add the chicken, cottage cheese, yogurt, cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, hot sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the crockpot. Stir until combined.
    3 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/3 cup greek yogurt, 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, 1 cup Frank's hot sauce, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and the dip is hot throughout.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and top with blue cheese crumbles and scallions.
