Ingredients

  • 30.5 ounces whole kernel corn 2 cans, drained
  • 15.25 ounces black beans 1 can, drained and rinsed
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 large jalapeno diced
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 medium red onion diced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon green onions sliced

Instructions

  • To a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix to combine.

  • Add cheddar cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, jalapeno, red onion, and black pepper. Mix until combined.

  • Fold in the corn, black beans, and bacon (reserve some bacon for topping the dip).
