- 30.5 ounces whole kernel corn 2 cans, drained
- 15.25 ounces black beans 1 can, drained and rinsed
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 large jalapeno diced
- 8 slices bacon cooked and chopped
- 1 medium red onion diced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon green onions sliced
To a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix to combine.

Add cheddar cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, jalapeno, red onion, and black pepper. Mix until combined.
