Instructions
In a large mixing bowl or electric mixer, combine brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and molasses. Whisk until smooth.
Next, sift the cocoa powder and add the other dry ingredients. Stir to combine.
Mix in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Add the mini chocolate chips and gently fold them in the cookie dough.
Cover the cookie dough with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
