Black and White Pudding Shots
Black and white layered pudding shots can be made with our without alcohol for any festive fall party!

Equipment
- 10 2-ounce shot glasses
Ingredients
- 3.4 ounces cheesecake instant pudding mix 1 box
- 1 cup cold half and half
- ½ cup vodka
- ½ cup whipped cream plus extra for garnish
- black gel food coloring
- black jimmy sprinkles
Instructions
- Add the pudding to a medium mixing bowl and pour in the half and half. Whisk until thickened.3.4 ounces cheesecake instant pudding mix, 1 cup cold half and half
- Add the vodka and whisk until fully combined and thickened again. If need be, use a hand mixer for quicker results.½ cup vodka
- Add the whipped cream and whisk until well combined.½ cup whipped cream
- Put half the pudding into a separate bowl.
- Add the black dye to one bowl and stir until no color streaks appear and the desired color is reached.black gel food coloring
- Using a spoon or a frosting bag and small frosting tip, fill each shot glass about ¼ of the way with white pudding.
- Follow with a layer of black pudding that fills the glass another 4th of the way.
- Put another layer of white and then another layer of black to finish filling the shot.
- Refrigerate for about an hour.
- Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a bit of the black sprinkles. Serve and enjoy!black jimmy sprinkles
