  • 2 pounds chicken wings flats and drumettes separated
  • teaspoons coarse salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

For Buffalo Sauce:

  • cup hot sauce your favorite brand
  • 2 Tablespoons butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • cup ranch dressing or preferred dipping sauce

Instructions

  • Prepare the air fryer to 400°F (takes about 5 minutes).
  • Blot the chicken wings dry with a paper towel for crispier skin.
    2 pounds chicken wings
  • In a large bowl, mix salt, pepper, and baking powder.
1½ teaspoons coarse salt, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • Add the wings and toss until evenly coated.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray.
  • Arrange wings in the basket skin-side down, making sure they don't touch.
  • Air fry for 10 minutes, flip the wings, and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes or golden brown and crispy. Internal temperature should reach 185°F for best texture.

Make the Buffalo Sauce:

  • While the wings are cooking, stir together hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl.
⅓ cup hot sauce, 2 Tablespoons butter, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Chop fresh parsley and set aside.
    2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • Once wings are done, transfer them to the bowl with the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with ranch dressing or your favorite dip.
    ⅓ cup ranch dressing
