Equipment

  • instant pot or pressure cooker

Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 tbsp butter unsalted
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Break each ear of corn in half and place in Instant Pot.
  • Combine water and milk in a cup and pour over corn.
  • Season corn with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cut each tablespoon of butter in half and place one pat on each ear of corn.
  • Place the lid on the Instant Pot and seal the vent. Set the pot to pressure cook for 6 minutes.
  • After the corn is finished cooking, do a natural release and remove corn from pot to cool slightly before serving.
