Instant Pot Corn on the Cob
Make corn on the cob easy in the Instant Pot.
Servings: 8 people
- 4 ears corn
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 4 tbsp butter unsalted
- salt and pepper
Break each ear of corn in half and place in Instant Pot.
Combine water and milk in a cup and pour over corn.
Season corn with salt and pepper to taste.
Cut each tablespoon of butter in half and place one pat on each ear of corn.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot and seal the vent. Set the pot to pressure cook for 6 minutes.
After the corn is finished cooking, do a natural release and remove corn from pot to cool slightly before serving.
