Crockpot Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 pound skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 10 ounce diced tomatoes with green chilies we used Rotel
  • 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 pound spaghetti

Instructions

  • Add the chicken, seasonings, onion, cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes, green chilies, and garlic to an 8-quart crockpot and stir. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the chicken is cooked.
  • When ready, slice or shred the chicken and return back to crockpot.
  • Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions, drain then add to the chicken in the crockpot. Add in the shredded cheese and sour cream and stir.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti into the slow cooker and stir.
