Ingredients

  • 1 bag of red seedless grapes
  • 1 bag of green seedless grapes
  • 2 6 ounces boxes of strawberry jello
  • 2 3.9 ouncees boxes of green apple jello

Instructions

  • Remove all of the grapes from the stems and rinse well in a colander. Shake off excess water.
  • Prepare two bowls by filling one with red grapes and one with green. Fill each to the top with water. You may have to do half of the grapes at a time, depending on the size bowls you use.
  • You’ll keep the grapes in water until you get ready to roll them in the jello powder.
  • Pour strawberry jello powder onto one plate and green apple jello powder to another. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Make sure your baking sheet is an appropriate size to fit inside your freezer.
  • Take 5-6 grapes at a time and take them directly from the water to the jello powder. Do not shake off the excess water. Roll the grapes around in the powder until they are well coated.
  • You can use toothpicks, tongs, or spoons to remove the grapes from the powder and set them onto the parchment paper baking sheet.
  • Gently shake excess powder off of the grapes after coating. Repeat this process until all of the grapes have been coated or you run out of jello powder.
  • Move the grapes to the freezer and freeze for 2 hours. At that point you can move the grapes into a freezer storage bag, and store frozen until ready to serve. As they thaw the jello colors may begin to mix, so keep frozen.
