Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 2 Tablespoons crushed peppermints or candy canes
  • 2 Tablespoons semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 Tablespoon white chocolate chips
  • teaspoon peppermint extract
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • whipped cream garnish
  • Maraschino cherries garnish

Instructions

  • To your blender, add ice cream, crushed mints, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, peppermint extract, and milk.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • If needed, add more milk for a thinner consistency, or ice cream for a thicker consistency.
  • Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry, if desired.
