Whiskey Caramel Pretzel Fudge

Sweet cream fudge flavored with whisky and dotted with caramel pieces and pretzel bites.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sweet cream butter unsalted
  • 4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 Tablespoon whiskey
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk 1 can
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels divided
  • 1 cup caramel bits
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Line a 3 x 6 baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Add the butter, white chocolate chips, and condensed milk in a pot over medium heat. Stir until melted.
  • Mix the tablespoon of whiskey to the fudge mixture. Stir to combine.
  • Mix in ¼ cup caramels and pretzel pieces into the fudge
  • Pour half into the prepared baking pan.
  • Sprinkle the remaining half of the crushed pretzels and caramel bits into to the fudge.
  • Pour the other half of the fudge on top of the pretzels.
  • Sprinkle the remaining crushed pretzels on top.
  • Sprinkle the caramel bits on top of the pretzels.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  • Let rest 2-3 hours or overnight.
