Combine the boiling water and jello in a medium mixing bowl and stir until dissolved.
Add the wine and brandy. Stir again.
Fill each shot cup about ¾ of the way full, using the injector or measuring cup. Do not fill to the top.
Place in the fridge to chill for about 3 hours or until set.
If using, slice the apples and oranges into small chunks.
Top the shots with a dollop of whipped cream and some of the fruit. This is optional. Enjoy!
Notes
I use an injector because it makes less of a mess and is quicker. However, using a pourable measuring cup works also.
Do not leave these uncovered in the fridge if you plan on storing them. They will dry out if you do. It will take them a couple of days to dry out, so it’s ok if you don’t remember, but if you plan on storing them for a few days, be sure to cover them.
