Red, White, and Blue Ice Cream (No Churn)

This cool and refreshing Red, White and Blue No Churn Ice Cream is a rich and creamy homemade vanilla ice cream studded with crushed golden Oreos and festive sprinkles!  It’s the perfect sweet treat for a Memorial Day BBQ or July 4th party.

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk 1 can
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 12 golden oreos crushed
  • ½ cup red white, blue sprinkles

Instructions

  • In a large bowl whisk together the condensed milk and vanilla and set to the side.
  • Next in another large bowl using a hand mixer or stand mixer whip the heavy cream on medium-high speed until you get firm peaks.
  • Into the condensed milk mixture gently fold in 1 cup of the whipped cream until combined.
  • Next gently fold the condensed milk mixture into the rest of the whipped heavy cream until all blended.
  • To this mixture add your crushed cookies and sprinkles.
  • Gently mix those in until blended.
  • Pour the mixture into a 9-by-5-by-3-inch metal loaf pan.
  • Cover and freeze the ice cream for 5 hours before serving.
  • Serve!
