Spread the bean mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese evenly over the top.

Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and the dip is hot and bubbly.
Let cool slightly, then serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
