Spinach Balls
These classic spinach balls are an easy make-ahead appetizer made with spinach, stuffing mix, and cheese. Perfect for parties, holidays, and potlucks.

- 20 ounces frozen chopped spinach 2- 10 ounce packages
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup butter melted
- 6 ounces Stove Top Stuffing
Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the stuffing according to the package directions, then let it cool.

Cook the spinach according to the package directions. Drain it very well, squeezing out as much liquid as possible with your hands.
20 ounces frozen chopped spinach
Place the stuffing in a large mixing bowl. Stir in the eggs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter until fully combined.

Add the drained spinach and mix again until evenly incorporated.
Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a walnut. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the spinach balls feel firm to the touch and the tops look set and no longer glossy. The bottoms should be lightly golden.
