Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook spaghetti, drain
16 ounces spaghetti
Mix with butter, parmesan cheese and egg
2 Tablespoons butter, 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, 2 eggs
Spread into springform pan (generously greased). Wrap the outside with foil to prevent leaks
Brown ground beef and onion, drain.
2 pound lean ground beef, 1 onion
Add spaghetti sauce, sugar and oregano, salt and pepper.
24 ounces spaghetti sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, salt and pepper
Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti layer.
16 ounces cottage cheese
Top with meat mixture.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
Add mozzarella and bake 10 additional minutes or until cheese is melted.
