everyone’s favorite sandwich. Tender beef cooks in Arbys sauce and then
gets shredded and piled high on onion buns wit
h cheddar sauce. Serve

- 2-3 pound chuck roast
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ cups Arbys sauce plus more for topping
- 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce I like Ricos
- 6 onion hamburger buns
Place your roast in the bottom of your slow cooker.
2-3 pound chuck roast
Sprinkle the steak seasoning and minced onion all over the roast.
2 teaspoons dried minced onion, 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
Pour over the worcestershire sauce.
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
Pour the 1 ½ cups Arbys sauce on the roast.

Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
When the roast is cooked through and falling apart tender use 2 forks to shred it.
Pile it on onion buns and top with more Arby's sauce and the cheddar cheese sauce.

Storage:
Store leftovers in an airtight container or wrapped in plastic wrap in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can reheat the beef in the microwave or a large skillet over medium heat
To Freeze: Let the beef cool to room temperature and then transfer it to freezer bags, letting out all the excess air. Make sure to add the juice to the bag too. You can freeze it for several months.
