Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with parchment, and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, heat the corn syrup and sugar over medium-high heat, until simmering.
1 cup light corn syrup, 1 cup granulated sugar
Remove from the heat and whisk in peanut butter.
1 cup creamy peanut butter
Add the rice krispies to a large bowl, and pour the peanut butter mixture over top.
6 cups krispies cereal
Fold the mixture into the cereal, until everything is well coated.
Press the rice krispies mixture into the 9x13 pan.
In a microwave safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips and the butterscotch chips for 30 second increments, stirring well in between, until melted.
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup butterscotch chips
Pour this mixture over the rice krispies in the pan, and smooth out evenly.
