Bisquick Sausage Balls
Made with Bisquick, shredded cheddar cheese, and flavorful pork sausage, these simple ingredients are formed into balls and baked in the oven until golden brown.
Servings: 24 sausage balls
- 3 cups Bisquick
- 1 pound pork sausage mild or hot
- 4 cups cheddar cheese grated
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray or line with a silpat liner or parchment paper.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Using a cookie scoop, shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on baking sheet. Repeat until all mixture is used.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
