Ingredients

  • 3 cups Bisquick
  • 1 pound pork sausage mild or hot
  • 4 cups cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray or line with a silpat liner or parchment paper.
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Using a cookie scoop, shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on baking sheet. Repeat until all mixture is used.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
