Peanut Butter Blossoms
Peanut butter blossoms are soft and chewy sugar-coated peanut butter cookie topped with a Hershey's chocolate kiss. They make the perfect Christmas cookie or holiday treat.
Servings: 36 cookies
- 36 Chocolate Kisses like Hershey's
- 1 17.5 oz. bag Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
- 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 Tablespoon water
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Preheat oven to 375° F
Remove wrappers from chocolates. Set aside.
In medium-sized mixing bowl, prepare peanut butter cookie dough following package directions.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar. Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie. The cookies will most likely crack around the edges.
Place cookies on wire rack to cool.
