Tuna Casserole

- 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2, 5 oz cans tuna in water drained
- 4 oz. egg noodles
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 small white onion diced
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 tbsp butter melted
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Preheat oven to 350
Prepare egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Chop onion and set aside.
In large mixing bowl stir together soup and milk. Whisk to combine.
Spray 9x9 casserole dish and add cooked egg noodles, frozen peas, tuna (drained), cheese, onions and seasonings and then pour in the soup mixture.
Stir to combine.
Put in oven and cook for 20 minutes.
While the tuna casserole is in the oven, mix together bread crumbs and melted butter. After 20 minutes, sprinkle bread crumbs on top of the casserole and bake for 5 minutes longer until bread crumbs are golden brown.
