Line a 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish with one bag of cookies.

Add a layer of sliced bananas on top.

Make the pudding by combining the milk and pudding mix in a bowl. Mix with a handheld electric mixer until smooth and thickened.
2 cups milk, 5 ounces instant French vanilla pudding mix
In another bowl, mix the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
8 ounces cream cheese, 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
12 ounces frozen whipped topping
Combine the cream cheese mixture with the pudding mixture. Stir until completely blended.
Pour the mixture over the bananas and cookies.
Add the second bag of cookies on top.
