Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fresh asparagus
  • 2 Tablespoons avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Bend the asparagus and snap off the woody end where it naturally breaks. Discard woody end pieces.
