Oreo Rice Krisipes

These gooey and delicious Oreo Rice Krispies treats take the classic cereal snack to the next level with the addition of crushed Oreo cookies. Easy to make with just four simple ingredients, they are a perfectly sweet and chocolatey no-bake dessert that's scrumptious for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 20 Oreo cookies
  • 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 10 ounces miniature marshmallows 6 cups
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal

Instructions

  • Spray a 9 x1 3 pan with non-stick spray, set aside.
  • Add the Oreo cookies to a large ziploc bag, and crush them with a rolling pin or something similar. Set aside.

  • In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the marshmallows, and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until marshmallows are melted.
    6 Tablespoons unsalted butter, 10 ounces miniature marshmallows
  • Remove from the heat and mix in the crushed Oreo cookies and rice krispies cereal.

  • Press the mixture into the 9x13 pan, and smooth out evenly.
  • Allow the treats to set for about an hour, then cut into squares and enjoy.
