Instructions
Brown beef and drain grease
2 pounds ground beef
Saute with chopped onion
1 large onion
Put beef and onion in stock pot.
Add other ingredients, stir
2 medium cans whole tomatoes,
1 can beef consume,
3 cans water,
6 carrots,
1 celery,
1 bay leaf,
1 Tbsp parsley flakes,
1 Tbsp pepper,
1 Tbsp salt
Simmer 1-2 hours.
