Starting by lining an 8”x 8” square baking dish with parchment paper.
In a double boiler, combine white baking chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and pinch of salt together.
Melt on medium heat until almost fully melted.
Remove from heat and continue stirring until everything is completely smooth.
Add vanilla to the melted chocolate and give it a good stir.
Add 4-5 drops of green food coloring (be sure to use oil based food coloring) and mix thoroughly. Add another drop if you want a darker green.
Pour homemade fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and let cool for 4-6 hours at room temperature.
Pull the parchment paper gently to remove the fudge from the pan. Cut into 16 pieces.
Heat almond bark in microwave in a heat proof bowl in 20 second increments until completely melted (stirring between).
Next, add about 4 drops of the green food gel to the almond bark and mix well (do not over stir). If the color needs to be a little darker, add one more drop - but do not add too many. (Colors may look a little different but should be the same once they are cooled).
Transfer almond bark into piping bad a snip off a small tip off one corner.Note: If you don't have a piping bag, you can use a freezer bag. Drizzle top of the fudge with almond bark and immediately place a red candy heart sprinkle on top.
Let cool completely and serve.
