Easy Fruit Pizza Recipe

For the crust:
- 16.5 ounces sugar cookie dough refrigerated sugar cookies dough (like Pillsbury)
For the frosting:
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
Toppings:
- 2 kiwi fruit peeled, halved lengthwise and sliced
- 15 ounces mandarin oranges drained
- 1 cup strawberries halved or quartered
- 1 cup blueberries
- ½ cup apple jelly
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a round pizza pan with cooking spray.
Press the sugar cookie dough onto the pan until it’s about ⅛ thick. Pierce several holes in the dough with a fork.

Bake sugar cookie “crust” for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool completely on pan.
Make the Frosting
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

Once the crust is cooled spread frosting on top of pizza like you would pizza sauce.
Top with sliced fruit and decorate as desired.

Stir apple jelly until smooth and brush over fruit. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour
