In large sauce pan add olive oil and heat for one minute. Place onion and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add ground beef and break it apart and cook until beef is brown, about 5-7 minutes.

Drain excess grease with spoon.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
1 clove garlic, 16 oz. red kidney beans, 14.5 oz. crushed tomatoes, 1 1/2 cups beef broth, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp Oregano, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 Tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp sugar
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Simmer up to 45 minutes for a thicker chili.
