Copycat Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic minced
  • 2 ½ Tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1 cup pecorino romano cheese shredded

Instructions

  • In medium-sized skillet, heat butter, until melted.
