Cold Crab Dip
This quick and easy Cold Crab Dip is so good that it disappears faster than it takes to prepare it! Served chilled, this dip is the perfect party appetizer for summer parties, but it has a touch of elegance that also makes it great for holiday parties.

- 16 ounces lump crab meat
- 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 lemon juice and zest
- 1 teaspoon horseradish sauce
- 2 green onions finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Add crab meat to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
16 ounces lump crab meat
Add crab meat and all other ingredients to a medium mixing bowl. Mix well with a fork for about 1 minute until all ingredients are fully combined.
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 Tablespoons sour cream, 1/2 lemon, 1 teaspoon horseradish sauce, 2 green onions, 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning, ½ teaspoon sea salt, ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Cover and allow to dip in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
Serve dip with club crackers, fresh vegetables, or on toasted baguette. Garnish with additional green onions.
