no-bake dessert features a graham cracker crust, a red-tinted cheesecake layer, a layer of Cool
Whip, a red-tinted pudding layer, and a final topping of Cool Whip adorned with crushed candy

For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
For the Cheesecake Layer:
- 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Red food coloring
For the Pudding Layer:
- 3.4 ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 ¾ cups cold milk
- 2 cups cool whip
- Red food coloring
For the Topping:
- 16 ounces Cool Whip 2- 8 oz container, thawed
- Crushed candy canes
Prepare the Crust:
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking dish.
Refrigerate the crust while preparing the layers.
Prepare the Cheesecake Layer:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

Add the powdered sugar and peppermint extract, and mix until well combined.

Add a few drops of red food coloring until the desired shade of red is achieved.

Foldin 2 cups of Cool Whip until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Spread the red cheesecake layer evenly over the chilled crust
Spread the remaining cool whip over the top of the red layer.
Prepare the Pudding Filling:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.

Add the Topping:
Spread the container of Cool Whip evenly over the pudding layer.
