In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese break until it’s softened and mixed. This will prevent clumps into the dip. Use an electric hand or stand mixer for this step if you have one.
8 ounces cream cheese softened at room temperature
Put brownie mix in microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Let cool.

Add in the remaining ingredients, holding back a handful of chocolate chip for garnishing.
8 ounces frozen whipped topping, 1 teaspoon vanilla, ½ teaspoon sea salt, 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Mix together until smooth and fully blended. The batter should be thick.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or when ready to serve
Before serving, garnish the remaining handful of chocolate chips for presentation.
