Ingredients

  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 ounce taco seasoning 1 packet
  • 10 ounce Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies 1 can, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican-style cheese

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream and taco seasoning until well mixed.

  • Add the drained Rotel and shredded cheese (plus Mexicorn if using). Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
    10 ounce Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, 2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican-style cheese
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  • Serve chilled with tortilla chips, Fritos, or fresh vegetables.
